Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® Workshops Book your place on our 'One Day Workshops', where you will be taught how to use, Chalk Paint™ decorative paints & waxes by Annie Sloan, to upcycle and breathe vibrant new life into old furniture.
Our workshops, are given by Margaret (Annie Sloan trained facilitator) - Margaret introduced Annie Sloan to Ireland and has trained with Annie over the years. Limited places available. Small groups to ensure individual attention. Workshops run from 10am-4:30pm.

With the belief that your home should reflect your personality and life, the workshops teach you how to use Chalk Paint™ to echo this. The basic principles of working with paint and waxes are taught, as well as how to integrate these techniques into furniture decorating. You do not need to be artistic or creative to take part in the workshops and create beautiful furniture. All you need is a paint brush and the desire to explore and be free!
You will learn how to achieve the look of old French & Swedish painted furniture. The techniques learnt are distressed paint using one & two colours, crackled paint, crackled varnish, a wonderful damask style of stencilling, decoupage and stunning decorative gilding.
